Keep Ghana Beautiful, the first African community improvement nonprofit organization to be affiliated with Keep America Beautiful® (KAB), announces the receipt of generous in-kind support of laptops and a projector from KAB to aid its community and school outreach efforts.

“As the world continues to be smaller, the challenges prevalent in one region may impact other regions far and near. We are happy to be contributing our part to making our planet a better place to live,” said Elijah Mensah, Executive Director and co-founder of Keep Ghana Beautiful.

“As we know that establishing a nonprofit can be tough and challenging. We are appreciative of the support received from Keep America Beautiful. In our quest to establish in Ghana, we asked for assistance from family, friends, and passionate people around the globe. Keep America Beautiful did a great job in responding to our call with these generous in-kind investments to help us expand and continue developing environmental stewards in communities. Moreover, these will enhance team collaboration, especially this time of COVID-19,” Elijah added.

Ebenezer Annoh, the communications and media officer of Keep Ghana Beautiful, also used the platform to thank Keep America Beautiful and called for financial support from philanthropists, local businesses, and the general public to enable them to make programs accessible in communities.
